1. The service

MBAfolio provides personalised information and guidance about executive education programmes. We are an independent intelligence platform — we are not an educational institution, admissions agent or recruitment partner.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to enter into a binding contract to use MBAfolio.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content at scale.
• Don't submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
• Don't reproduce or resell MBAfolio classifications, reports or recommendations without written permission.

5. Paid services and pricing

The MBAfolio Insights Report™ is billed via Stripe at the fixed GBP price shown on the pricing page. MBAfolio is operated by a UK sole trader and is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added at checkout. Stripe issues an automatic email receipt for every successful payment.

6. Right to cancel — digital services waiver

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you would normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. Because we deliver the digital report immediately after purchase, you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that this consent waives your 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins. Without this consent we are not able to release the report.

If the report fails to download, is inaccessible, or does not match the description on the pricing page, please contact official.mbafolio@gmail.com within 30 days. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we will either redeliver the report or, where redelivery is not possible, refund the price paid. Your statutory rights are unaffected by the immediate-access waiver you accepted at checkout.

6. Intellectual property

All MBAfolio content, classifications, methodology and reports are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Programme names, logos and curriculum descriptions remain the property of their respective institutions.

7. Disclaimer

MBAfolio provides guidance only. We do not guarantee admissions, employment, financial outcomes or programme availability. See our disclaimer for details.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MBAfolio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on our recommendations. Total liability is capped at the amount you have paid to us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
